One sunny afternoon, a pity little boy~Cody was awaken by his parent for a shooting…..for the first half an hour, Cody looked “stim” and totally not in the mood for photography….kekeke, ok…enough talk, here are some photos to share with you all :)

Date: 18 May 2008
Location: Evergreen Hotel, Penang
Buddies: TY & HuanChin

Last Sunday, Charlie and Winnie had a “6-hour” simple and nice wedding in Penang. Morning ceremony and lunch reception, all held at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel. Charlie, the groom hails from Taiwan, met Winnie while working together. It was also my pleasure to meet another “3 camera man” Derrick Loh, Ahchuan and Keith Cheah who are good friends of Winnie.

The couple is now back Taiwan and i would like wish them have a lovely new life there :)
Here are some of my favorite shots:

First of all, “Thank you, ‘achiet’ for the invitation to shoot a session for “Huey & AiHua”

I had always wanted to do something like this “home setting shooting” for a long time ….just that I couldn’t find the proper location and model for a shoot….Finally, we found Huey & Aihua, the best candidates who was totally suited for this kind of session. Location wise, we went to a friend’s home for the shoot. Eventhough the shooting session was short (as I was rushing to go home to celebrate Mother’s Day), it was nevertheless a very nice and sweet session. I really enjoyed the shooting and do hope to be able to find more shooting opportunities for this kind of shoot.

For this shoot, I’ve decided to change the layout and design, opting this round for a banner style layout. So please do enjoy the photos I’m sharing below.

Wow, it’s been an extremely busy pass few weeks…and coupled with my home computer’s crash, I’ve been unable to update my blog for more than 10 days. And as I understand, this is not the proper “blogger” style…. kekeke ;)
Ok…let me introduce my next pre-wedding assignment, Samantha. She’s the cousin of one of my friends who is known as mrsandylau in the internet world.

I met samantha about 6 months ago, when she was looking for camera-man to take photos for her pre-wedding and actual wedding day. Unfortunately, I was only able to take up the pre-wedding task as I was already engaged by another couple to take photos for their actual day, which co-incidently falls on the same day.

Samantha and Jayshin are a nice and easy going couple….although we have only known each other for short time….but when we chat, we chatted like old friends.

The shooting was done on a sunny day with blue skies in the morning. And it was HOT!! We first went to the bride’s house where we met up with Angela, our makeup artist for the day. And many thanks to Samantha’s mom for the big breakfast. It was like going to a big picnic.

Without anymore delay, lets us enjoy some of this outing’s photos.

Had a great opportunity recently to tag along with my good friends HauChern and Jack for a lovely Malaysian couple who is currently stay in the UK.

Here are some of the photos to share with all of you.
*Wish them happy marriage, and congratulations on their wedding

Many thanks to Arden Koo, of Pixel Studio, for the opportunity to join the official photography team to cover the World Music Festival event this coming 2nd-4th of May at botanic garden quarry park, 2008. As an introduction to the performing teams, an appreciation dinner was held at Khoo Kongsi on May 1st. Me and a few of my buddies who are on the team as well, namely teetoo, hooikeat and g3k took the opportunity to shoot more photos of the Khoo Kongsi temple, as well as traditional dance performances by Penang’s own local dance troupes.
